Draviona operates as an e-commerce entity providing apparel and lifestyle goods exclusively within the Republic of Singapore. By accessing our platform and placing an order, you agree to engage with our services for personal, non-commercial use only.

All transactions and interactions are governed by the laws of Singapore, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. We maintain a transparent environment where users are expected to provide accurate information for order fulfillment.

As we utilize a Cash on Delivery model, your commitment to a purchase is finalized upon delivery at your designated address within Singapore.

Logistics: Processing and Transit

We prioritize a predictable and efficient movement of goods from our facility to your doorstep. Our logistics framework is structured as follows:

  • Order Preparation: We require 1 business day to cautiously package your items and coordinate with our local courier partners.
  • Transit Time: Following the preparation phase, delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 2 business days. This makes the total delivery turnaround time 2 to 3 business days.
  • Service Area: Our delivery network covers all standard residential and office locations within Singapore. We do not facilitate international shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: We provide delivery to our customers without any added shipping fees or hidden handling charges.
  • Cancellation Window: You retain the ability to cancel an order as long as the items remain within our warehouse. Once the package is handed over to the logistics team for transit, the delivery must be completed as scheduled.

Returns: Eligibility and Timelines

Draviona stands by the quality of our items while maintaining a clear policy regarding returns and exchanges to ensure operational stability.

  • Return Window: In accordance with local consumer guidelines, we offer a 30-day return period starting from the date the item is delivered.
  • Eligible Reasons: Returns are accepted if you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if the incorrect size or item was dispatched.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind. We encourage a thoughtful selection process before confirming your order.
  • Restocking: We believe in fair transactions and do not apply any restocking fees for eligible returns.
  • Process: Upon notifying us of a valid issue, we arrange a complimentary pickup. Once the item is inspected at our facility (usually within 24 hours), we will initiate a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund is issued via bank transfer, which typically reflects in your account within 5 to 6 business days.
